As I sit here staring at this blank canvas on my website, I think to myself, “What do I type for all of you to read that captures the true essence of my billing service?” I could list all of the reasons why I could do a better job than the next guy, but that is so impersonal and not what my company is based upon. Your practice is always the priority and you will receive respect and individual attention that you deserve. I truly want what is best for you. Now, you may say to yourself, “WOW! A billing service that cares?” And your answer is, YES! I do not feel that the majority of other services out there understand what a HUGE responsibility billing for a Doctor is. Do they really see the whole picture when they take on the responsibility of collecting YOUR money? The type of service you receive can literally make or break you. It can be the deciding factor in whether you can make that house payment, the lease on the office, or pay your employees, etc. etc. etc. My gosh, it is HUGE! Keeping all of that in mind, you should know that I take my job seriously and I do take the extra step of keeping it personal. I do know the impact of assertive and thorough billing VS. the guy who feels his work is done once your claims hit the mailbox. The outcome (or lack of income) can be devastating. I am not looking to sell my services to individuals who do not truly need my help, and I acquire all of my clients strictly on that basis. I would be more than happy to consult with you and discuss your options and brainstorm with you on what type of service you need.
